Shipping

Orders received by 12pm EST Monday to Friday will ship the same-day they are received, all others on the next business day.  Shipping options include UPS Ground,  1 to 7 business days delivery time in the U.S. and 5 to 10 days to Canada or International shipping addresses. Other options are displayed at checkout. UPS Ground Shipping in the U.S. is provided for $5.95 for all orders. You may select other shipping options at cost.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed as some exceptions may apply, for example delivery to rural areas or during peak holiday traffic.

Canadian and International Orders: 

Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by customs agencies once the package reaches your country. In the case of customs duty, additional charges for customs clearance are borne by the receiver. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information on duties or any import restrictions.

Orders shipped via UPS International typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days. Orders shipped to Canada via UPS typically take between 6 to 10 business days. Some orders may take longer due to delays with customs processing

Returns

To exchange product in case of damaged merchandise or a broken tamper-resistant seal, an RMA (return merchandise authorization) is required. To request an RMA, contact: CustomerService@VillageFertilityProducts.com.

An RMA may also be requested for products purchased within 30 days that are unopened with safety seals intact. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when effecting a return. If you wish to exchange your purchase and cannot visit one of our stores, please follow the above return procedures and place a new order for the correct product.  Please note a standard 15% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returns.

Village Pharmacy respects your privacy and personal information including your email address, shipping address, phone numbers, etc. will remain protected. We will never provide this information to any third party.
